Our Services
In-Home Care
Offering house visits for primary care, wound care, hospital transitional care, and acute illness primarily in the San Fernando valley and surrounding areas. This is an incredible service for those who are unable to arrange office visits for any of the services we provide.
Telemedicine
Telemedicine visits are available to all of California. Service is expected to expand to several other states in the near future. Telemedicine can include primary care and minor acute illnesses as well as other services. Provides convienience for patients who live in rural areas without access to medical providers, as well as patients who are not able to leave the house due to their medical conditions.
Primary Care
Offered in-home and through telemedicine, primary care includes annual wellness exams, chronic disease management, age appropriate screenings, and as needed specialist referrals. This service is offered for all ages, and is especially helpful to those who do not have easy access to healthcare services.
Wound Care
Nationally certified wound care specialists are available in the San Fernando valley for in-home visits up to twice per week to perform dressing changes, assess and diagnose chronic and acute wounds, and develop appropriate wound care plans. Often visits occruing more than twice weekly are supplemented with a home health agency that works directly with S&S Medical Services.

You will be sent a link to join your provider on DoxyMe; a telemedicine face to face video appointment application that is HIPPA compliant to keep your visit convenient and medical information private.
Receive Care
Follow the instructions to join your provider on DoxyMe. During your appointment, our doctors will guide you through your health concerns and create a tailored plan for your treatment.
Follow-Up
At the end of your visit, your provider or our staff will set a follow up appointment for to ensure continuous care.
Accepted Insurances
Although we do accept theses insurances, there may be payors associated with specific plans that we are not credentialed with. We will always check eligibility before setting appointments to ensure insurance can be billed accordingly instead of the patient.
